Artist Adrien C. Tucker is a painter, who lives and works in Rochester, New York. His philosophy is simple: “Make something original that stands out in any setting.” Adrien’s style ranges from his bold black and white portraits to his animated and uncultivated abstracts. This prolific painter builds and stretches his own canvasses often creating 20 paintings in a week. Adrien has become a popular and sought after artist in Rochester. |

Both Adrien’s love of creating art and the resulting satisfaction from his customers continue to drive his work. His work is currently being shown at several galleries around Rochester such as Boulder Coffee Company, Hirsute Hair Salon and Monty’s Café in Linden Oaks. ACTucker Art will be available at the Public Market’s ‘Artist Row’ on September 21st and at ‘Holidays at the Market’ in December. In addition, his work will be displayed at the Link Gallery at Rochester’s City Hall from December 10, 2008 to February 2, 2009.
Over the course of the summer, Adrien sold his art at Picnic in the Park in Batavia, The Cornhill Festival, The Park Avenue Festival, the Brockport Festival and the Clotheslines Festival. At Cornhill, Adrien was awarded first place in the category of painting. All of these successful events gave Adrien an opportunity to hear wonderful testimonials from his customers. On several occasions, individuals who had bought his art from places such as Java Junction in Brockport, would stop and introduce themselves saying how pleased they were with their purchase.
